Built on a foundation and understanding of the nuances of executive search, Somerset is a network not just of corporate clients but a firm built upon 20-years of executive career advisory.

Capitalizing on this experience, the firm easily taps into an extensive and dynamic network to identify senior advisors and board members for Venture Capital, Private Equity and Family Offices.  On a limited basis, Somerset will engage in a retainer and/or finders fee arrangement. 

Our goal is to help build out an extensive bench for our clients.  This will include maintaining the relationship with these executives and provide updates to all sides involved.  The challenge with many investment firms is the capacity to maintain a proper relationship with executives.  By keeping a regular dialogue, we are able to maintain relationships by mediating the conversation amongst changes in real time.
